This high intensity interval training will give you a total body workout. Kara switches the station work for every single class. With 30 – 60 seconds on and 10 – 20 second active rest, your body will continue to guess while hardening with interval intensity training. All stations are adjustable for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced training.
