Member Spotlight – Lindsey Riter

Lindsey is on her final month of pregnancy! Since she had already been on an exercise routine before being pregnant she was able to continue her workouts throughout her pregnancy. Not only did she continue, but she also did so in Group Personal Training sessions with little modifications to her normal strength training routine (no jumping, no laying on her back, modified one leg exercises etc).

With a little over 3 weeks, she plans to continue as long as she can. Lindsey really has been a trooper throughout her entire pregnancy and we couldn’t be more proud of her!
